We have about thirty workers for producing the boats , About 20 Workers  in RIB Workshop and about 15 Workers in Inflatable tube Workshop ,We have skilled Layout person who can make the sample plate according the requirements of  most of the clients ,In the meantime ,We pay  the employees according to the time they perform not the No. of the Sets they make which can handle the worikers make an higher top quality merchandise ,We use Maxbond Glue for PVC and Loctite Glue for hypalon specially  ,The two of the glue are South Korean Brand name and large qualty glue ,We use Ashland Gel Coat for our Fiberglass which is an American Model and in the meantime,We are the Agent of American Ashland in our position
