Product Description
Three-Phase Motor is an electric motor driven by a three-phase AC power source.
They are widely used as power sources for industrial equipment and machinery. Also called three-phase induction motors (induction motors), they are generally powered by a three-phase AC power supply of 200 V, 110V, 380V and so on.
Three-Phase Motors consist of a stator, rotor, output shaft, flange bracket, and ball bearings.
YS (MS), YE3, Y4 Motor Series
YS (MS), YE3, YE4 series three-phase asynchronous motors with Aluminum housing adopted the newest design and high quality material.lt is conformity with the IEC 34-1 standards. The efficiency of the motors can meet EFF2 and EFF1 if requested. That good features: perfect performance low noises light vibration, reliable running, good appearance, small volume and light weight.
YEJ Brake Motor Series
Brake motor is made of 2 parts: three-phase asynchronous motors and brake, it belongs to three-phase-asynchronous motor derived series. Manual brake release and bolt release are 2 forms of brake. Brake is the main components of the brake motor. Its working power divided into 2 categories: One is AC braking, the other is DC braking. Our company produces brake motors are DC brake motors, the advantage of the braking torque is below, easy installation, braking response speed, high reliability, versatility and other advantages.
To the Ac power to the brake coil is provided with suction cups for low voltage winding rated DC voltage. A single-phase AC power is rectified then supply to a sucker winding to make it work so the brake motor terminal box fitted with a rectifier, wiring diagram below.Brake motor braking time (t) is the time from the motor and brake stopping the power to the shaft completely stopped, under normal circumstances, for 63 to 880 frame size motor, the braking time is 0.5 seconds. For o-132 frame size motor the braking time is 1 second, For 160 to180 frame size motor, the braking time is 2 seconds.
YVP Frequency Conversion Motor Series
YVP speed has become the popular way, can be widely used in various industries continuously variable transmission.
In the variable frequency motor speed control system, using power electronic inverter as a power supply is inevitable that there will be high harmonics, harmonic greater impact on the motor. 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment

5. What about warranty?
One year, during the guarantee period, we will supply freely of the easy damaged parts for the possible problems except for the incorrect operation. After expiration, we supply cost spare parts for alternator maintenance.

FAQ
1. Can performanent magnet synchronous motor be used as generator?
Yes. Permanent magnet synchronous motor can work as a generator because of its special working theory. If it runs CW as a motor, then runs CCW as a generator. But please kindly note, if when you want to work it as a generator, you need to change a suitable motor controller with AFE function

Becuase rotor is with big innertia, and magetic files spins so fast that static rotor has no way to spin with magetic filed.

Yes, each permanent magnet rotor passes corrossion resistance, consistency, high temperature demagnetization test, linear demagnetization test, etc. Its demagnetization index is within 2%. But if working environment is serious oxiditive corrosion, kindly advise for higher protection level.

1. Can performanent magnet synchronous motor be used as generator?
Yes. Permanent magnet synchronous motor can work as a generator because of its special working theory. If it runs CW as a motor, then runs CCW as a generator. But please kindly note, if when you want to work it as a generator, you need to change a suitable motor controller with AFE function
2. Why can not directly use 3 phase ac supply voltage to start permanent magnet synchronous motor?
Becuase rotor is with big innertia, and magetic files spins so fast that static rotor has no way to spin with magetic filed.
3. Any special technical request on this motor’s VFD driver? And Do you have such driver?
Permanent magnet synchronous motor’s driver should be vector control VFD with special inner software, such as CHINAMFG 6SE70 series, Yakawa CR5 series, ABB ACS800 series, CHINAMFG A740 series, B&R P84 and P74 series, etc.. Yes, our MH300 series VFD matches with this motor.
4. Is there any protective measures to defend permanent magnet rotor from failure?
Yes, each permanent magnet rotor passes corrossion resistance, consistency, high temperature demagnetization test, linear demagnetization test, etc. Its demagnetization index is within 2%. But if working environment is serious oxiditive corrosion, kindly advise for higher protection level.

Working principal:
CPU controls the SCR to conduct phase angle trigger control, lowering the voltage on motor, then controls the voltage on motor and increases the motor torque of the smooth current until motor runs in full speed. The above way of starting can lower the inrush current of motor, reducing the impact on power grid and motor itself. Meanwhile, it also reduces the mechanical impacts on motor loading device, prolonging device service life and reducing motor breakdown.

Protection level of thermal overload of motor
The thermal overload protection of electric motor is reverse time limit overload protection. It is used to protect the motor by estimating the internal heat generated by the motor in the process of starting or running with a scientific calculation method. The mathematical model is established referring to IEC60947-4-2 standard, JB/T 10613-2006 standard and the performance characteristics of AC asynchronous motor in China. The overload protection curve of the starting power motor is drawn in the coordinate system according to this mathematical model, which is divided into 20 protection levels, as shown in the figure below. Level 1~8 is used in the thermal
overload protection of motor operation and the factory default value is 3; Level 9~16 is used in the thermal overload protection of motor start and the factory default value is 0 (close protection; no matter what kind of start mode, there is already protection on startup time); Level 17~20 is standby. When the thermal overload of motor does not reach the protection threshold at the start and operation process, and the working current recovers to the rated current, the heat integral constant can be restored to its initial state within 3 minutes. If the thermal overload of the motor exceeds the protection threshold, the soft start enters the protection state.
