High Efficiency Low Noise Three Phase Induction AC Electric Asynchronous Motor

Wonder line of SWE Series are completely newly-designed 3 phase asynchronous induction motors with cast iron housing. Its efficiency indicators are in line with the IE3 efficiency level defined in IEC/TS 60034-31.

Comparing to many other manufacturers, Wonder made complete new design for IE3 and IE2 motors instead of modifying the standard motors by enlarging the frame size or lengthening the lamination. Thus, our efforts result in good interchangeability among IE4, IE3, IE2 and IE1 versions.

Furthermore, all the lines designed and produced by Wonder are equipped with perfect insulation system. Stators are well insulated with highest standard winding and insulation materials., such as slot liners, slot separators, phase separators, wedges, banding tapes, impregnating media, tapes and sleeving, etc. In addition to aging test, other test such as melting temperature, tensile strength, resistance to heat shock, cut through resistance etc. are also performed to ensure that the insulation system can withstand known operating conditions.

The use of VFD and switching frequency are major driving forces to save energy. For VFD application, Wonder motors are fitted with class H copper wire, enhanced insulation materials, and insulated bearings or insulated end shield, which provides a good solution for new tech applications in all industry. For frequency between 25-50Hz, there is no need to install forced ventilator for Wonder motors.

1.3.1 Size of cabinet: 1500*1000*2300mm (depth*width*height). This is the size of our standard product. To order customized product,
         the size shall be specified in the technical agreement or order contract. In response to the market demand, our products are subjected

Working principal:

CPU controls the SCR to conduct phase angle trigger control, lowering the voltage on motor, then controls the voltage on motor and increases the motor torque of the smooth current until motor runs in full speed. The above way of starting can lower the inrush current of motor, reducing the impact on power grid and motor itself. Meanwhile, it also reduces the mechanical impacts on motor loading device, prolonging device service life and reducing motor breakdown.

Protection level of thermal overload of motor
The thermal overload protection of electric motor is reverse time limit overload protection. It is used to protect the motor by estimating the internal heat generated by the motor in the process of starting or running with a scientific calculation method. The mathematical model is established referring to IEC60947-4-2 standard, JB/T 10613-2006 standard and the performance characteristics of AC asynchronous motor in China. The overload protection curve of the starting power motor is drawn in the coordinate system according to this mathematical model, which is divided into 20 protection levels, as shown in the figure below. Level 1~8 is used in the thermal
overload protection of motor operation and the factory default value is 3; Level 9~16 is used in the thermal overload protection of motor start and the factory default value is 0 (close protection; no matter what kind of start mode, there is already protection on startup time); Level 17~20 is standby. When the thermal overload of motor does not reach the protection threshold at the start and operation process, and the working current recovers to the rated current, the heat integral constant can be restored to its initial state within 3 minutes. If the thermal overload of the motor exceeds the protection threshold, the soft start enters the protection state.

4.1 Precautions for installation
on the base of the trench;

The reasonable installation can ensure the normal operation and service life of the equipment under the
conditions as follows:
4.1.1 Avoid installation in places with corrosive gases and metal dust;
4.1.2 Avoid installation in direct sunlight;
4.1.3 Take measures to prevent liquid from entering the inside of the device;
4.1.4 To obtain desirable ventilation and heat dissipation conditions, HV soft starter should be installed vertically
There is enough space for heat dissipation around the HV soft starter. The front and rear doors of the cabinet
can be opened for maintenance; keep the rear door of the cabinet and the wall at a fixed distance.

1.3.1 Size of cabinet: 1500*1000*2300mm (depth*width*height). This is the size of our standard product. To order customized product,
         the size shall be specified in the technical agreement or order contract. In response to the market demand, our products are subjected
         to upgrade and their sizes are subjected to change from time to time without prior notice.
1.3.2 Our products can be used successfully in the following scenarios, namely one-to-2, one-to-multiple, one in service and 1 standby,

CGR-HA MV/ HV soft starter shall be used with an inlet cabinet with a vacuum circuit breaker. 
As for the starting cabinet embedded HV motor protection system and protection system with no quick-break, users can choose according to their own situation.

Working principal:

CPU controls the SCR to conduct phase angle trigger control, lowering the voltage on motor, then controls the voltage on motor and increases the motor torque of the smooth current until motor runs in full speed. The above way of starting can lower the inrush current of motor, reducing the impact on power grid and motor itself. Meanwhile, it also reduces the mechanical impacts on motor loading device, prolonging device service life and reducing motor breakdown.

Protection level of thermal overload of motor
The thermal overload protection of electric motor is reverse time limit overload protection. It is used to protect the motor by estimating the internal heat generated by the motor in the process of starting or running with a scientific calculation method. The mathematical model is established referring to IEC60947-4-2 standard, JB/T 10613-2006 standard and the performance characteristics of AC asynchronous motor in China. The overload protection curve of the starting power motor is drawn in the coordinate system according to this mathematical model, which is divided into 20 protection levels, as shown in the figure below. Level 1~8 is used in the thermal
overload protection of motor operation and the factory default value is 3; Level 9~16 is used in the thermal overload protection of motor start and the factory default value is 0 (close protection; no matter what kind of start mode, there is already protection on startup time); Level 17~20 is standby. When the thermal overload of motor does not reach the protection threshold at the start and operation process, and the working current recovers to the rated current, the heat integral constant can be restored to its initial state within 3 minutes. If the thermal overload of the motor exceeds the protection threshold, the soft start enters the protection state.

4.1 Precautions for installation
on the base of the trench;

The reasonable installation can ensure the normal operation and service life of the equipment under the
conditions as follows:
4.1.1 Avoid installation in places with corrosive gases and metal dust;
4.1.2 Avoid installation in direct sunlight;
4.1.3 Take measures to prevent liquid from entering the inside of the device;
4.1.4 To obtain desirable ventilation and heat dissipation conditions, HV soft starter should be installed vertically
There is enough space for heat dissipation around the HV soft starter. The front and rear doors of the cabinet
can be opened for maintenance; keep the rear door of the cabinet and the wall at a fixed distance.
