K series synchronous servo motor is a high-performance five-pole motor developed by KND;its power ranges from 0.2kW to 7.5kW and its frame includes 60, 80, 90, 110,130, 180 series. The kind of products have the characteristics of small size, high power, high speed, better encoder configuration, and strong overload capacity.If it is used with the SD510 series driver of KND, it can make the position control come true quickly and accurately.This combination can be applied in a variety of occasions which have a higher requirements for precision control.

ZJY (-K) series AC spindle servo motor used for CNC machine tools has the characteristics of compact structure,long service life,small moment of inertia and higher control accuracy. Combined with ZD210 series of new spindle servo driver, can make its performance get better display.It can be widely used in various CNC machine tools and it can also be the spindle,feed and other parts of the CNC mechanical products.

K series synchronous servo motor is a high-performance five-pole motor developed by KND;its power ranges from 0.2kW to 7.5kW and its frame includes 60, 80, 90, 110,130, 180 series. The kind of products have the characteristics of small size, high power, high speed, better encoder configuration, and strong overload capacity.If it is used with the SD510 series driver of KND, it can make the position control come true quickly and accurately.This combination can be applied in a variety of occasions which have a higher requirements for precision control.

ZJY (-K) series AC spindle servo motor used for CNC machine tools has the characteristics of compact structure,long service life,small moment of inertia and higher control accuracy. Combined with ZD210 series of new spindle servo driver, can make its performance get better display.It can be widely used in various CNC machine tools and it can also be the spindle,feed and other parts of the CNC mechanical products.

High Efficiency Low Noise Three Phase Induction AC Electric Asynchronous Motor

Wonder line of SWE Series are completely newly-designed 3 phase asynchronous induction motors with cast iron housing. Its efficiency indicators are in line with the IE3 efficiency level defined in IEC/TS 60034-31.

Comparing to many other manufacturers, Wonder made complete new design for IE3 and IE2 motors instead of modifying the standard motors by enlarging the frame size or lengthening the lamination. Thus, our efforts result in good interchangeability among IE4, IE3, IE2 and IE1 versions.

Furthermore, all the lines designed and produced by Wonder are equipped with perfect insulation system. Stators are well insulated with highest standard winding and insulation materials., such as slot liners, slot separators, phase separators, wedges, banding tapes, impregnating media, tapes and sleeving, etc. In addition to aging test, other test such as melting temperature, tensile strength, resistance to heat shock, cut through resistance etc. are also performed to ensure that the insulation system can withstand known operating conditions.

The use of VFD and switching frequency are major driving forces to save energy.     Vibration and noise of the brush unit

    The vibration and noise of the brush device are caused by the poor surface condition of the commutator, the large gap between the brush and the brush holder, the small brush pressure or the improper pressure application which makes the brush skew, and the brush holder, brush holder and brush rod. It is caused by structural and technological reasons such as insufficient stiffness.

    When the DC motor is running, the sliding contact condition of the brush and the commutator, as well as the cuprous oxide film formed on the surface of the commutator and a layer of graphite film and dust particles covered on it, not only affect the commutation performance of the motor, but also affect the commutation performance of the motor. to vibration and noise.

     
    Practice has proved that due to the low temperature of the sliding contact surface at no load, the above-mentioned film is not easy to form, and the dry friction between the brush and the commutator increases the noise.     The brush vibration noise produced by the sliding contact is also related to the brush polarity. For example, the positive brush of a DC generator has less vibration than the negative brush; because the positive brush can separate graphite and carbon crystals, absorb moisture on the surface of the commutator to form a lubricating film, and the negative brush removes it. The formation of the sliding contact film is also related to the grade of the brush. The selection of the grade is first to ensure good commutation performance, but at the same time, the vibration and noise of the brush should also be considered.
