TYCP series three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor mounting size is completely consistent with Y and Y2 series
motors. Customers can directly purchase TYCP series synchronous motors to replace Y and Y2 series asynchronous motors.
Permanent magnet motors have the following advantages:
1. High power factor.
2. High starting torque.
3. Good performance indicators.
4. The efficiency and power factor of permanent magnet synchronous motors decrease very little. When the motor has only 20% load, its force energy index is still above 80% of full load.
5. When the Y series motor operates at 60% load, the efficiency decreases by 15%, the power factor decreases by 30%, and the force and energy index decreases by 40%; However, the efficiency and power factor of permanent magnet synchronous motors decrease very little. When the motor has only 20% load, its force energy index is still above 80% of full load.
6. Low temperature rise: There is no resistance loss in the rotor winding and almost no reactive current in the stator winding, resulting in low motor temperature rise.
7. Small size, light weight, and low consumables: The volume, weight, and materials used for permanent magnet synchronous motors of the same capacity can be reduced by about 30%.

YS (MS), YE3, Y4 Motor Series
YS (MS), YE3, YE4 series three-phase asynchronous motors with Aluminum housing adopted the newest design and high quality material.lt is conformity with the IEC 34-1 standards. YEJ Brake Motor Series
Brake motor is made of 2 parts: three-phase asynchronous motors and brake, it belongs to three-phase-asynchronous motor derived series. Manual brake release and bolt release are 2 forms of brake. Brake is the main components of the brake motor. Its working power divided into 2 categories: One is AC braking, the other is DC braking. Our company produces brake motors are DC brake motors, the advantage of the braking torque is below, easy installation, braking response speed, high reliability, versatility and other advantages.
